How Do I Use My Exfoliating Glove?

1. Soak your skin: Enjoy a nice warm shower, bath or steam for at least 5 minutes. Do not apply any soaps or lotions yet.

2. Prepare the glove: Wet the glove and squeeze out excess water, leaving it damp.

3. Start scrubbing: Move out of the water and scrub vigorously using long strokes. Redness is normal as blood circulation increases.

Is Visible Skin Peeling Guaranteed?

Skin peeling depends on skin type and visible peeling results are not guaranteed. Your skin will be exfoliated regardless of whether visible peeling occurs. Dry skin tends to peel more than oily skin.

Help! My Glove Is Not Working Properly!

Ensure your skin has soaked for at least 5 minutes. Do not use soap or oils before scrubbing. Move away from running water when scrubbing (skin should be damp, not under the stream). Apply firm pressure.

Can I Use The Body Glove On My Face?

We do not recommend using the Body Glove on your face as it is too rough. We recommend using a specific Silk Exfoliating Face Glove instead.

How Long Can I Use My Gloves For?

We recommend replacing your glove every 8-12 weeks for hygiene. Hand wash with anti-bacterial soap to maintain it.

Can I Use It If I Have Eczema/Psoriasis?

Yes, but avoid areas of active inflammation or broken skin. Exfoliate gently once a week.

Shipping Policy

Please ensure your address is entered correctly. We do not take responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Once fulfilled, addresses cannot be changed.

Standard Tracked: 3-6 Business Days.
Express: 1-5 Business Days.
International times vary by zone (10-40 business days).

Delivery Claims

If your tracking says delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 10 days to file a claim. Claims can take up to 30 days.

Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We cannot provide exchanges or refunds on used personal hygiene products. Refunds may be granted for faulty products. Change of mind returns are subject to store credit and must be unused in original packaging.
