Prep your skin: take a hot shower, bath, or steam for at least 5-10 minutes. Skip soaps and oils — the glove works best on clean, product-free skin.
Prepare the glove: wet the glove and squeeze out the excess water so it remains slightly damp.
Exfoliate: step out of the water and use long, gentle strokes to buff away dead skin. Adjust pressure to comfort — mild redness is normal. Avoid sensitive areas, open cuts, active acne, or irritation.
After: rinse your skin and the glove afterward. Wash the glove with a little soap and let it air-dry.
Recommended: use 1–2 times per week. Replace every 6-8 months.
