Exfoliate: step out of the water and use long, gentle strokes to buff away dead skin. Adjust pressure to comfort — mild redness is normal. Avoid sensitive areas, open cuts, active acne, or irritation.
After: rinse your skin and the glove afterward. Wash the glove with a little soap and let it air-dry.
